All About Desserts creates and supplies patisserie – bespoke desserts, tarts, bakes and cakes, afternoon tea pastries. Our aim is simple: to provide the best product at the right price, on time. With a wealth of experience in research and development, production and supply for large travel, retail and hospitality clients, Craig Barton’s talents are far reaching. Whatever your brief, you can be sure that Craig’s attention to detail and his passion for all things patisserie will result in a bespoke product you are truly happy with. all about desserts founder, Craig Barton, learned his trade in five star hotel kitchens in London, some of the most demanding in the world. He then spent many years running dessert production units so understands what chefs, buyers and his clients want from a supplier: consistent quality products, for the end user with a teaspoon of innovation for good measure. Based in the East Midlands, all about desserts have easy access to motorways leading both North and South. One thing that all about desserts will not compromise on, is quality and taste, so that the products themselves really need no introduction. Hand finished products means that each and every tart, mousse or pastry is packed on spec at its best.

Whether you have a city bike, touring bike, road bike, gravel bike or MTB: The tires affect the riding experience like no other bike component. The choice of tire not only determines how well the wheel grips the ground but also influences how easily and comfortably the bike rolls. Ideally, the tire combines such characteristics as maximum grip, high mileage, optimum rolling properties, low weight and reliable resistance to punctures. Sounds technical? The sum of these properties is tangible to every cyclist: as an optimum riding experience. At Schwalbe, we work to continually refine and improve this riding sensation – day in, day out.

The Circuit

Newark will be transformed into a spectator friendly secure fully barriered racing circuit from 3pm on Friday night.

The circuits epicentre is the Royal Market Square, which will have an incredible atmosphere with a variety of food stalls, music and commentary taking you though the racings as it plays out.

The course takes on a number of streets around the town, from Kirkgate, Middlegate, Stodman Street, Castlegate, Lombard Street, Cartergate, Bridge Street and the Market Square where a finish gantry will be erected.

The mixture of surfaces will provide all riders with an exciting challenge on this twisty, technical and fast circuit which will encourage frenetic and thrilling racings all night long.

Spectator info

There will be many thousands of spectators during the night giving us a faulous atmosphere throughout the town centre.

We encourage any spectators coming to Newark to travel in to town by public transport. Newark has two railway stations, Castlegate (serving East / West) and Northgate (serving North and South). Bus services will still be running with an adjusted station operating at the Wharf (near the Castle and River Trent).

Please consult travel websites and information resources for timetables.

On hand will be a team of volunteer helpers to assist you. There will be numerous crossing points around the circuit allowing easy navigation around town to all spectators.

Within the town will be a number of the UKs National Level Teams situated through Stodman Street, and the Market Square, allowing you to see your heroes getting ready.
